the secret to feeling good about urself isn't about how many designer bags you own or how many Friendster friends you have. its about self-confidence-the power you already have inside you.

Self-Acceptance
understand who you are and accept ur faults.give urself room to grow into the person you want to be,the permission to fail and a pat on the back when you succeed. recognize that you are good enough and worthwhile. don't b ashamed of urself.
